谢谢回复。我是想成立公司order一些生物试剂。不知能否直接运到家里，用地下室做
为储存的地方。

home office报税有公式的，另外不要作为他用最好。其他具体的，你查查就知道了。

多谢。大家在初创的时候是怎么解决的。想做点研发，可以借用朋友的实验室。就是不
知道order试剂的时候往哪里shipping。

一般都是租用一间实验室吧，你既然能借用朋友实验室就能往他那里寄阿

Biotech startup from garage is not practical, though you can start an IT
company from garage just fine.
I worked for bio startup, so I know a bit. There are many regulations. Let's
not even talk about how to get your reagent. Assume you can ship to your
friend's lab, and then bring to your basement. How are you doing to dispose
the bio reagent? You can not dump into the household trash bin. Of course,
you may choose a calculated risk that nobody is going ever to check. However
if caught, this is a serious violation. And you can not transport back to
your friend's lab using your personal car either, as your vehicle does not
have bio hazard permit. If you are stopped by the cop, hope he does not want
to check your trunk.
So if you can use your friend's lab, just doing everything there. If you can
not trust your friend with your reagent shipments, you probably should not
doing R&D there any way.
