The year and month are priority date. You can check the note from USCIS
website where you get this table. You can also get the real approved case
numbers from there. And also you can find these data from this BBS. It's
varied by years. 2009 is the least, I think, it's less than 3000. Most year,
China got more than 3000.

虽然是新警察，但是我刻苦努力，自学成才。现在终于明白了为什么排期难以预测了。
主要是一个大池子(number of visa)，两个出水口(DOS and USCIS)，每个出口都有亲
属加进来，也有EB3升级EB2，也有撤销申请，等等。可惜没有像我这样的人为政府工作
，否则做一个很强大的系统，可以保证每个月平稳前进。

辛苦了，再次奉上包子。实际上USCIS这段解释是不准确的，正如布什说的左手不知道
右手在干什么。2007年7月不会突然有那么多的PERM递交上去，而是很多已经递交PERM
的人一直无法递交485，突然放水，于是大家一起递交485。

07年以后perm的数据表明中国人申请人数很少，因为大家assume绝大部分是eb2，90%？
eb3 10%？那么一年不是才最多200人？那么等这两年把老的eb3清空了，一年2000名额
可能就把07-10所有的eb3都清空了啊。到时候eb3和eb2排期哪个前哪个后都不好说了。

一步一步挪，至少有循序渐进的感觉，大家都知道走到哪里，就算走三步退一步，总体
上还是在前进。快要轮到自己的也心里有数，填485体检什么的可以有条不紊。一下子
来个all current，大家一窝蜂去体检交485，然后肯定来个排期大倒退，PD没赶上或者
赶上了没来得及交的人，心里感觉那是要多杯具有多杯具

假设90%是EB2，2/3 配偶递交，有将近6200人。老中如果靠自己的2800，要走两年多。
这就是2013年年底，甚至2014年了。
如果指望Spillover，看看印度的人数，我觉得可能性很小。

问个文盲问题：都是EB2，为什么只考虑PERM，没考虑NIW呢？是NIW的人数相比PERM太

其实不用折腾多复杂的预测，只要允许每年超个10%-20%，用多了来年减少，自然不会

07年大潮前niw不少，之后因为排期时间太长，我认识的人都是先一起递eb1a和niw的
140，不少是都批了
更有很多争取到一个可以办eb1b的title办了eb1b，相对perm应该少不少。

老印的一个网站年初的时候不就根据剩余名额又有三种不同的prediction吗。
如果明年1万剩余名额，我们大概能分到多少，前进多少？
现在掌握的数据不是特别详细，形势也不明朗，准备worst case是最好的了，这样才有

我们大多数人都以为自己是客户，律师是帮我们办事的。
其实我们是case,雇主才是客户，律师是听人力资源的话才办事的。
所以，只要你跟人力资源讲明白了道理，人力资源叫律师干活，律师是不会拖的。

律师了，然后两三个星期没动静，我一问，律师那边还在review，还没交上去，你说这
