情况是这样的：
我现在是half time working for a company with H1b Visa 同时也在读PhD,但要付
out of state 全部学费。
我学校老板有意给我cover 学费。不知能否做0.25的RA？或者有其他办法吗？

On F-2 visa, there is school info and sevis code. So F-2 holder's info is
totally change. He or She should go for interview.

或者让老板帮你申请tuition waiver，这个不需要做RA就可以申请
