我的工作签证10月1号开始生效，现在找了一个新工作。我能否用旧公司的i797签证，
然后通知新公司开始办理transfer。这个时候我还在中国。等我返回美国的时候新公司
应该已经收到了tranfer的receipt但还没有批准，我拿旧公司的签证入境有没有什么问
题？万分着急，希望知道的能回复一下。非常感谢！

3 months movement is to build the inventory for 2012.........
then no movement unitl july 2012.........

same feeling here.
所以说要求DOS郑重承诺２７％是必须要办的事，同时也要要求每月公布数据，避免再
犯过去的错误。

it doesn't make sense that Mr O will move 3 months in the first month of the
first quarter if the 27% rule applied.
He will do that in the last month of the first quarter.
So I think this 3 months movement is to build the inventory of whom miss the
boat, and they may not approve many current PD in Oct.

3 months movement is not related to 27%, Mr O will not do that in the first
month of the facial year 2012. because he doesn't have the data yet. The
data for how many EB2 row will be approved in the first quarter.

那到不一定。新Case要交上去几个月才能批，最后一个月收来不及。

no way to Mr O, he is not that aggressive, it is reasonable for him to open
the gate in the second month. at least he should have some data to determine
.........
