现在有I-140 approval (approved over 2 years ago), 非常好的 working
experience and educational background, 急需找下一家，但需要下一家马上办H1B
transfer 和尽快办绿卡，不可能等一年以后再办。
有人实现过成功换单位吗？现在觉得非常非常frustrated, 很多公司都先说要了，但
最后提到不是第一期（1st-3rd year H1B）, 说不行了。有的公司压根儿没遇到过我这
样的例子。
请问能提供一些公司名吗？如果觉得不方便，能发email到我的站内email 吗？
跪求！

既然你有APPROVED的I-140,你可以:
(1)让你现在公司EXTEND你的H1B,3年.
(2)换工作, 告诉你潜在的新公司你已经有APPROVED的I-140了, 同样可以做(1).
有了APPROVED的I-140, 是不是第一个H1B三年关系有那摸大吗? 如果它不想等6年后给
你再办PERM.

办绿卡不是说办就办的，公司为啥一定马上给你办?你能够胜任工作么，你愿意长期做
这份工作么?打广告，工卡，140都需要时间，移民局作梗乍办，公司和个人都有risk，
公司雇了你，到关键时刻你绿卡没办下来，没法继续工作，工司乍办?这些因素导致公
司不愿意雇H1剩下不多的人。

多谢大家的回复，这个贴是我帮我老婆发的。她现在拿了不少（3家）口头offer，但到
最后一步都不行。根据我们的research，再加上从新公司hr听到的通知，如果新公司给
你做3年的extention,但旧公司给你withdraw/revoke 140，那么新的3年也做废了，只
能工作到h1b 6年结束。有没有特别明白的人给证实一下，到底是不是这样？

No it's not the case. If your current employer can extend your visa for
another 3 years, your new employer can basically take that over and continue
to get 3 years. Talk to your new employer and ask their HR to talk to their
attorney directly. I am in the same situation, even worse because I don't
even have my PERM approved. I told all my potential employers about my
situation even before the interview (to avoid wasting their time and my time
) and one agreed to do all this for me - transfer and start GC process.

如果是新公司帮着延三年呢？然后旧公司把140撤掉，这刚刚延的三年还有效？

you should follow Bbcinta's advice. Write a paragraph to explain your
immigration requirements and talk about it before any interviews. Not all
companies know about your situation and not all companies are willing to do it
for you. As I mentioned, it is possible but very hard. bless...

none here is expert/lawyer. ppl give hints and directions w/o 100% accuracy.
you need to do your home work.
after all this is your offer. pls make proper investment: time, energy, or
even money.

除非深仇大恨，一般不会 withdraw revoke 已经批准的 140 的。
当年我记得是有 fraud 才 revoke.
