在超市里没有找到能做凉粉的绿豆粉。只有要加明矾的普通绿豆粉。请问普通绿豆粉能
做凉粉吗？步骤是怎样的呢？先谢过了~

Means it's still in background check? The PD is in Apr 2007, I thought the
background check should be cleared long time ago....

凉粉有粉皮和粉块，你要做那种。好像只有一张叫沙林绿豆粉的可以做成功。
其他的淀粉都不成，无数老中试过无数次了。

If background check is pending more than 6 months, but otherwise the case is
approvable, they should approve your case first. You may send them the memo
regarding the background check backlog.

材料:
沙林绿豆粉,水
做法：
1、把绿豆粉和水按1:6的比例调开
2、放到中火上加热,要不停地搅拌,以免糊底.大概5分钟,直到变成着哩状,搅拌起来比
较费劲了,就可以拿下来了.
3、先把它放凉了,然后再放进冰箱里冷藏一会.
4、待凉粉凝结好后，拿出来，扣在菜板上。接着就可以切了！用凉粉刮子比较方便.没
有也没关系，就用刀切成条，只要不太粗就行了.
5、下面就要调调料。花生酱,花椒油,酱油,镇江香醋,麻油,豆酱,贵阳辣椒酱,白糖,姜
蒜水,对了还有鸡精。调好就OK了!

应该是绿豆粉就可以吧~

我做过无数次
绿豆淀粉豌豆淀粉玉米淀粉
口感都不如卖的筋斗，切丝容易断
外面卖的很可能加了明矾

千万不要买绿豆粉，那个只能做绿豆糕
我用的是绿豆淀粉（白色粉状），啥牌子忘了，绿色透明塑料袋，包装右下角有张凉粉
的照片，背面是制作凉粉的操作步骤，很详细
我做了很多次凉粉，次次成功，一个是粉：水（体积比）=1:7，要比说明来的浓稠些就
成功了；另外，沸水中加一点盐，可以增加凉粉弹性

真好吃！我是从韩国店买的绿豆淀粉，很好用，还不错。可以试试！
