哪里签？你是说telecode吗？填写DS160的时候，没填没有关系的。
不同地方的大使馆，对于DS-160打印出来的confirmation letter会有不同的要求。下
面这个是北京的，

Yes. fill in forms (forgot the form name), copies of their passports and
visa pages.Write a letter explaining reasons for such extension. Include a
payment check as well.

我自己没有签过B2, 我以前填自己的ds160, 都不写telecode, 也没啥麻烦，祝福楼主!
