有几个问题想问问大家，如果用自己的SPG AMX卡帮父母预定旅馆，能不能得到加倍的
点数以及算在PROGRESS TO THE NEXT LEVEL的住宿数量上？如果不可以的话，我可以用
自己的名字预定，帮他们CHECK IN，然后让他们住吗？
另外最近STARWOOD还有没有住三天给一天免费的PROMOTION？那三天的价格是网上的价
格还是更贵的价格？

Contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) at 1-800-375-5283
如果不是，请问哪个是正确的号码？
在USCIS的网站上看到：
Step 2: If more than 15 days have passed since you contacted the NCSC and
the issue has not been resolved or explained you can email the proper USCIS
Service Center to check the status of your case.

如果SR的电话不解决问题，给这些SC发email会有用吗？
