HR manager周五快下班的时候打电话通知我说恭喜我给我offer
然后就是package,云云
然后我说我要想想，然后就给我到星期一response
然后我就星期一凌晨给decision maker发了email, cc给了HR manager,希望可以给
salary +13%，并强烈表示愿意去的意愿
结果星期一没有消息，一天联系HR manager都找不到人，说在开会。也留言了，然后今
天打电话也还没有找到，也发了email了，也还没回
是一个华人公司，规模200多人，挺大
请各位出出主意，这下子怎么办？

5月初的PD,10月中收到RFE，11月2号USCIC收到回复，然后就一直penging.上个月底实
在忍不住打了电话做了SR,上周五收到回信有这样一段话：
The status of this service request is:
Due to the pending caseload at the Nebraska Service Center, the processing
time of your I-485 application may be extended. Allow extra time for an
Officer to review your application. Furthermore, if all initial evidence was
not included with you application, or a question arose during adjudication
that required a Request for Evidence, additional time would be needed. Also
, if this is an employment based I-485 application the Service may be
waiting for VISA availability. You will be notified as soon as a decision
is made.
大家给看看这是啥意思？是说我的case被assign了officer了吗？实在是煎熬啊。泪奔
