1. 2012年1月份Visa Bulletin(VB)一句话

（1） USCIS 2011年11月份收到的 “new filings” 是多少？
参考2007年1－6月份, 平均约India 1800 + China 600 = 2400/月，
所以11月份收到大概3x2400=7200 .
（2）USCIS “anticipated” 又是多少？
是所想要建立的最大库存量么？肯定不是。 正确的假设应该是USCIS 一个月内
能够
从容接受处理的数量。这个数量应该等于（开放9个月）9x2400 约为2万。
2. VB 前进依据
当 Demand Data(DD) 为0时， VB 应该为 Current. 但为了避免拥挤，
这次改为逐步递进。
3. 新收到的Case要多久才能成为DD?
一般4个月左右。 所以,11月份递交的要到2012年2月份才能成为DD.
那么2012年2月份和3月份的 VB 的DD 还接近于0，或、很少。
4. 结论

關鍵要看這個公司對你有沒有發展空間？
現在的公司幹了5年了沒有晉升發展的機會，工資也少，地方偏遠上班不方便。這些都
是缺點。
新的公司在大城市，接觸的人群自然也不一樣，工資也漲了一半，有發展空間，這些都
是優點，一個公司有沒有發展前途跟他現在的人數沒有絕對性關係，所以可以不考慮。
所以整體對比，你要辭職，剛好又主動收到信，說明是時候跳出環境了。

其他公司我不知道，但我们公司在排期到08年3月的时候，没多大动静，到了09年1月时
，HR就说有一大批人要交485.
因为12月是临近节假日，估计二月份的排期还会进，但二月份时应该就有很多485交上
去了，所以三月份应该会停止前进而且倒退。
其实经济危机是08年最后几个月才爆发的，因为一般公司政策都是要干一段时间才能申
请绿卡，08年排期的估计很多都是07年尾，08年初进公司的，数目不会少。
，HR就说有一大批人要交485.

变数主要还是来自eb2-i。很有可能2008三月之前的485申请大大低于预期（以前的估计
大概有两万左右），促使奥本意识到四年的关闸以及08年开始的危机，熬死了一部分鱼
，才敢于进一步开闸试水 。烙印的论坛也在讨论140 到 485的比率问题，laid off,
fraud case, 或者multi submit 都有可能造成实际需求的下降。考虑这些因素在内的
话，大潮之后到09年1月1号中印二类大概在35k到40k之间，原先估计08中就会达到这个
水平。
基于这个判断，奥本的行为就可以理解了。
所以个人赞同1月和2月还有可能前进，假日期间的485申请延迟可能会有影响，或者大副前进或者不
进（小幅前进没实际意义）。我自己希望奥本会
