还有关于TB test刚来美国的时候做过，医生说以后不要再做了，做了也是positive.
X-ray也照过，但是没有发现任何问题。是不是还得去照一次X-ray？

Depends. If your civil surgeon charges fixed fee, then no need to pay office
visit fee to your doctor.

I use HSA, so all preventive like medical exam and vaccines are free without
deductible.

Keep in mind that Flu shot is a seasonal thing which expires yearly; TB test
expires in 90 days (it may be different with different surgeons). Also the
i693 is only valid for a year, so you can get everything ready but hold the
health exam with the civil surgeon until your PD is current.

I did not get any shot. I showed my annual physical exam blood work result and

If you bring your TB positive record, you don't need to take another one.
But you need to have a X-ray. If your previous X-ray is within one year, you
can use that too.

clear and negative.
Today, i went to see the civil surgeon. He did not give me the TB skin test
instead of the chest X-ray when i showed him the record of last year. ......
.i heard someone got the RFE cause there has no result of TB skin test,even
has the X-ray result.
My question is :
is the TB skin test a must to be put on the I-693,even the x-ray is negative

I would do it to avoid unnecessary possible delay. You know rice is limited
and mouths are a lot!
