EB2CI, EB3CI both current
It is more reasonable that Feb, 2012 VB has only EB2CI current.
If EB2CI current, it should have rule that no EB2-140/485 concurrent filing.
It means that only approved Eb2-140 is current.

Concurrent filing is a law that won't be changed.
But I never get this backlog thing. Yes, there's huge
backlog in 07 because it wasn't current for a long time
before. But if it had been current since, what's the problem?
It's better for everyone to submit 485 and wait in line rather
than waiting outside.

so the better way is to set the VB as VB release date instead of C.
