我现在着手准备婚姻绿卡申请。我想问一下提交材料里面的结婚证需要公正么？（我们

结婚证对你来讲是必须要交的,结婚公证应该不要.

Here is the full list from the lawyer(The list above in my another post is
just the additional proof for the marriage):
1. Full copy of passport and any expired passports (every page - even if it
is blank!)
2. Clear copy of the last I-94 card (front & back) issued upon entry into
the U.S.
3. 2 color copies of one additional piece of picture ID (driver's license,
state ID, biographic pages of valid passport, etc.)
4. Copies of all previous H-1B visa approval notices, work authorization
cards, and student I-20s, etc. (we must have ALL of the paperwork to show
the USCIS that you have always been in status).
5. Copy of birth certificate (this must be registered with the proper
government body, i.e. municipality) plus a translation if applicable.
6. Copy of marriage certificate with translation, if applicable
7. Proof of termination of all prior marriages, if applicable
8. Six passport-size photographs (must be taken within the past 30 days and
not have been used for any other prior application)
9. Medical exam at CIS designated location. (Please send us the sealed
envelope from the physician AND a copy of the exam results. You will need
to bring proof of your vaccinations to the medical exam). You can find a
listing of specified doctors at the following web address:
<https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_
type=CIV>
Note: Please submit un-stapled, standard size copies of all documents. If
any family members (your spouse or children under 21 who are not U.S.
citizens and are currently living in the USA) will be applying with you, we
