I hired a lawyer to do NIW. 140 was sent to TSC.
Now I want to apply 485 myself, and I live in NSC area.
People say that we should file 485 to the same center as 140, which means
TSC for me. while according to USCIS 485 filing instruction, I need to file
485 to NSC.
Anyone has experience with this?
