It is good that your early submission is rejected, save you >$1000 per
person, because if they accept by mistake, they will cash and keep the fees
and in a 3-6 months when adjudicating, IO will deny your I-485 by the reason
that you filed I-485 when priority date was not current.
If that happens, You will then file another I-485 (only if you still have a
non-immigrant status, or had one within 180 days), pay fees again, and wait
for another 3-6 months all over again.

兄弟，握个手。偶也犯了你同样的错误。我的PD是01/01/2009，1月的cut off date是
01/01/2009，人家说要"earlier than"PD,所以我的材料1月4号寄到，过几天就被退回
来了。
兄弟你的材料有没有被USCIS重新整过？我的材料被他们整过了，不是原封不动的回来
，是整理过后再回来的，所有的材料都在，连原来邮寄的信封都一起退回来了，每个表
还给我加了个rejection notice。
我今天重新寄了回去，把上面的rejection notice拿掉重新寄的，没有再打印了，看在
人家已经整理了半天的份上。
你现在可以寄了，明天就上邮局。
