NC绝对不是瓶颈。多数人的NC一个月就能cleared。我知道的好几个人NC早就cleared了，
但绿卡还没批呢。现在不到四个月还不能催。瓶颈是那帮USCIS的懒人！！！

还有一个问题。那如果我在失业后180天以内离开美国。。回到中国后 继续找美国的工
作。。。以后有了OFFER 我再来美国。。这样可行吗？谢谢！！！！
