regardless of their PD, 1.5month processing is still very fast!

well, if their PD is in 2007, I think that's ok. I kind of believe they
generally review cases in the order of PD. There are exceptions though of
course.

A lot of LIFO is going to happen since Jan filers' PDs were in a big range.
Not a big deal if VB doesn't retrogress in Apr, otherwise, LIFO will create
big whining here.
