in the unlikely case if your 485 is denied, you can ask b to file premium
processing h1b, get the h1b approval in 15 days, go out of country and come
back as h1b status
although i really think you are worrying too mcuh

那在等485 的180天为b工作期间不用满足广告里面薪水要求吧？
485 approve后回到a或跳c的话，不用再transfer吧？ 但必须满足广告薪水还有其他要
求么？
最后,到啥时候不用受薪水，h1等限制？ EDA还是绿卡？

The terms of your green card with b only have to be fulfilled upon 485
approval.
Once it's approved you are a green card holder, of course no transfers
needed.
Although USCIS may find your intent suspicious if you leave b immediately
after 485 approval.

是否可以说真正履行广告上要求的只要从 485 approved 后到 gc 到手这段时间（1年
？）？ gc 到手就找工作和留美就基本自由了吧

刚问了律师，应该是这样的。
哪怕递交485以后都没有为b工作也是可以的，只要USCIS RFE 的时候，b证明他们愿意
你取得绿卡后还有PERM职位留给你。
当然485 pengding 180天以后绿卡还没有拿到，你换了工作也没问题。

那从头到尾 b 只是....?
只要公司出具书面证明 file给uscis么？还是得...?
这期间换的工作必须满足广告上的薪资要求么？
