GC "Resident Since" Error# EB23 - 劳工卡

Just received GC today and I think there is error on my card. My GC was
approved last week, however, on the card Resident Since field is mark start
from next year: 03/07/13. Should it be 03/07/2012 instead?
For those who recently received their GC, what is the resident since field
date on your card? Could you please check it out? I really hope this is not
a systematic error for lots people. I may have to file I-90 form to correct
it.
