There has been significant forward movement in the EB-2 category for the past 3 visa bulletin issues. We have received some reliable information from Charles Oppenheim, Chief, Immigrant Visa Control and Reporting Division, DOS, that the upcoming adva
nt of the cutoff dates in EB-2 for India and China will advance again for the next several bulletin issues. We hope that the trend continues.
