人家印印直接上eb1,都不用排期了，6万刀年薪的国际经理，也不跟eb2抢名额了。

Why international managers have priority over domestic managers working on

Since it doesn't even require PERM, then ICC can easily import
very cheap labors in the name of 'international managers'. And
they can get GC in a few months while we wait for years.
Remember, the same bunch of ppl who screw up EB3 and then EB2,
now they start screwing EB1.

EB1C category needs to be simply removed from first category.
It belongs to EB2 at most in the current standard!

这个不只吃eb1名额，还吃eb5下来的so,Eb2 so 就少了或没了。。。。
