I am a dependent and filed 485 this Feb.. I am a ph,d student. this is my
fifth year. And I can not graduate this summer, so No funding in the summer.
I want to find a job first and come back to school to defend. By the way, I
did not apply for EAD. I have several questions about my current situation:
Can I apply for OPT? If no , Can I apply for CPT?
Please help me!

You can not apply OPT or CPT by F1 since you are in 485 AOS.
But you can keep your F1 status until it expires, but can not extend it.
Once you can GC, you can register back to school if you lose your F1 first.

And you should apply EAD if you want to work first.

my I-20 will expire in one month, you mean I can not extent I-20?
