美国司法部和教育部的调查显示，12-18岁的美国的亚裔学生是最被欺负（bully）的群
体。详见：

-54%的亚裔中学生说他们在班级曾被欺辱（相对于31.3%的白人，38.4%的非裔和34.3%
的西裔）
-62%的亚裔说他们曾在网上被欺辱（cyberbully）（白人是18.1%。亚裔是白人的3倍之多）
为什么会这样呢？我们怎么来保护我们的孩子呢？我们家长真该好好想想呀。
你们学区bully问题严重吗？

律师把主副申请人的RFE responses 放在一个Fedex信封里. Tracking showed it was
delivered to USCIS yesterday. 昨晚副申请人的online status更新为RFE review了
。但主申请人无变化.
一般RFE response delivered 后多久会有online update.有经验的朋友分享一下.
有点担心他们把整个package放到副申请人的case里去了.

One possible reason is that the Asian students are the least likely to be
the bully themselves.
Another reason is that the Asian students are the most sensitive group to
bullying acts and tend to report more bullying incidents.
Still another is that the Asian students lack group-support from themselves
and appear to be the easy picks for bullying act.
Still, still another, the Asian students, physically, are the least
intimidating.

成立亚裔家长联合会? 我家没学龄儿童,没经验,不过我想如果亚裔家长可以加强联系,
小孩之间松散的联系就会更紧密些,如果遇到什么事,也可以互相支持一下. 特别是男孩
之间,要是有兄弟会之类组织,那估计单个BULLY是不敢去欺负的. 以前我们上学的时候
男孩子不也是拉帮结伙的吗.

不知道韩国人也被欺负吗？感觉他们很团结，也很彪悍的样子。

大概是因为亚裔的家长（以虎妈为代表）喜欢把小孩管得太死，什么sleep over之类的
都不许参加。因为缺乏社交活动，久而久之，亚裔小孩就和别的同学比较疏远，自然就
容易被欺负。
