So I had a chance to talk to the attorney this morning about the possible
cutoff date movement for Eb2 I/C. Attorney said lot of Eb3-Eb2 porting would
be rejected due to lack of 4 year bachelor degree or lack of 2 year Masters
degree from an accredited university. So, there is a fair chance that Eb2
dates could advance to May 2010 by December 2012. The dates could further
advance to July 2011 in the month of May/June 2013 and then later USCIS
might retrogess back to 2009.

如果奥傻预期EB3大量升级EB2而倒退排期的话，律师的推断就是合理的。但是，
目前单单EB2IC的库存就已经大大超出奥傻预期，则律师推断就毫无道理了。

trackitt上有大量的“我有口碑的律师（但不能透露其姓名）”出自烙印之口。是不是
这样的预测可以带来利益？

看到最后一句我乐了,这个老印说了半天怎样大步前进,最后的结果还是说口子太大要倒
退回2009,合着最后还是进不了多少?

原来烙印就干过买卖labor certification来获取更早PD的事情，DOS意识到
这个问题之后就堵住了漏洞。
现在烙印又abuse升级来获取利益，如果EB3升级到EB2不能保留PD，他们就不折
腾了。

意思基本上是放开排期的比2012财年前进一年，到2011年中；回缩排期比2012财年前进
一年半到2009年。不靠谱。

EB3 升级到EB2保留PD就没人说不合理吗？我这么说想升级的EB3C该骂我了。
同样PD的话，EB2 应该比EB3->EB2优先才合理啊，毕竟一个一开始就是EB2，另一个是
半途插队。照我说EB3->EB2 优先期最多介于EB3 跟EB2之间，当然具体不好定。。lol
话说会来，烙印人多势众，影响力大，移民条款可以理解肯定对他们有利。。。。

已经有烙印EB2提议应该取消EB3升级EB2保留PD，响应者还是不少的。
