这个需要“公司的名义”填
主要需要公司的tax id，established date，行业类型和所对应的code，申请的title
名称，pay
rate， 这个title的prevailing wage 等等

还要证明LCA已经在公司相应board或者告示栏里展示了10天以上。

要用公司的邮箱（公司负责签字的人的邮箱）注册申请吧

不好意思 我只看到有个30天前要求的notice
“On or within 30 days before the date the LCA is filed with ETA, provide notice of
the employer's intent to hire H-1B, H-1B1, or E-3 workers. The employer must provide
this notice to the bargaining representative of workers in the occupation in which
the H-1B, H-1B1, or E-3 worker will be employed. If there is no bargaining
representative, the employer must post such notices in conspicuous locations at the
intended place(s) of employment, or provide them electronically.”
关于10天的 我只看到if there is no bargaining representative, be posted for 10
consecutive days in at least two conspicuous locations at each place where any
nonimmigrant will be employed.
不知道和ls说的是不是一个东西？
