各位老大，如果走EB2, job description里一般可以加些什么特别的要求来rule out老
美？，(本人是搞土木的，job title是structural engineer, 搞桥梁设计，我特别想
请教一下搞结构的兄弟姐妹, 别的专业的朋友也欢迎啊，可以给点启发)
感觉平常用到的东西基本都是读了本科的人就都会知道的，况且EB2还是要求有advance
degree的，而且我现在这个公司所接触到的特殊的东西也不能用，真想不出
来啥特别的。。。
当然，“会中文”这条要求不能用。

Make sure your min degree requirement is MS. My attorney didnot check ms for
min degree requirement and put that is special requirement. Then, I need to
downgrade to EB3. Be careful of special requirements.

Thanks for the advise. MS as min. degree requirement.
Any suggestion on other requirements to help reduce potential quanlified
candidates?

One more reminder: talk with your attorney about the details. If you set the
requirements too high and too detailed, then your required salary would be
higher.

How to refuse a qualified candidate? I am almost sure this situation will
