要回国一趟，离现在ead/ap失效一个月才能回美国。现在
离失效超过120天，能现在就renew吗？
提交renew application后，没批下来之前离开美国，是不是
application就作废了？

不能提前120天以上。我的律师说会退回来。
也不是作废，但是据说当时不能用。

有些迷惑了。
假如:
EAD/AP expiration: 2013.2.1，
现在是2012.10.9，距离过期118天。
如果现在renewal,然后回国,准备在2013.1.15日从国内回美国。假如到那个时候，EAD/
AP renewal 还没有批下来(still pending),难道不能用老的EAD/AP (1 month to
expiration) 进美国了么？

假如到那个时候，EAD/
AP renewal 还没有批下来(still pending)?
It should be approved.
I think you have no problem. just renew it .
Why you have almost 4 months vacation? I am jealous..hehe..

What if it is not approved yet at that time, which is also possible ?

To the best of my knowledge, so long as the old AP isn't expired when
returning to the US, it can be used. You may also ask other people to
submit the renew for you when you are out.
