我觉得先肯定对方提了个好问题，然后说你也想到了，但是。。。
或者因为什么局限性不行。

我觉得主要在于是不是自信，而自信基于作报告的人对报告内容的理解和把握。现在大
部分人都是合作，有的人拿出来讲的东西都不见得是自己做的，对细节一点都不清楚，
当别人问到细节问题时，要么顾左右而言他，要么瞎扯一通，要么就是跟被踩到尾巴似
的一跳老高。
最可气的是有的人会回答说“这是基础知识，是常识”，但是实情根本就不是，至少对普
通听众不是。而且有时候提问的人尽管从基本问题入手，但是他们内心其实有更大的疑
惑，并且很多其他听众可能也有相似的疑惑。如果做talk的人能够游刃有余的由浅入深
的解释清楚，是大大的加分项。 Of course this requires the speaker to
understand the material deeply and completely。 If not the sneaker
will likely to behave defensively。
这跟给学生上课一样，一个老师问学生有没有问题，学生可能有一肚子的问题但是出于
种种原因不愿意提问，比如生性害羞，怕出丑。但是如果有某一个学生提出一个问题，
你就会发现很多学生其实都有相似的问题。学术报告的听众们其实也一样，我相信有一
些听众其实也有疑问，但是出于各种各样的原因不会主动提问。

你不要把别人的问题当成是对你的挑战，刁难。应该把问题当成开阔自己的思路。我就
特别喜欢人家在我讲完后问问题，没有问题我会很失落。
如果问的问题本身有缺陷，不make sense，不对，那很容易对付。
如果问题很好，有建设性，对你是帮助。
如果问题很好，很难，不知如何回答，那就要反省自己，也是很好的。
给你指出错误，其实最好，不是省了自己犯错走弯路的时间了？当然在job interview
中，这是不希望发生的。
这就像很多人，paper address reviewer comments时，很defensive。我都是把所有
reviewers提的问题，当成是来帮我的，我逼着自己这么想，那我的回答问题都会带着
感激，人家也能感觉得到。
特别喜欢人家在我讲完后问问题，没有问题我会很失落。
