I have two publications in top journals of my field (accepted this Nov). No
citations at this moment.
I saw people with No citations get their NIW approved. But when I consulted
with one attorney, he said it is impossible due to the fact of 0 citation.
Could someone have NIW approved give me some suggestions?

你可以先准备推荐信啥的估计3-6个月后引用不就有了？

niw的重点不是citation
我的niw就没提citation

不要提。IO可能都不会注意到。多多强调你其他的优势
