因为是公司帮着申请的，
拿到的收入公司要提成。
也就80%吧。

用过之后就不再是H1B了
新雇主会给你填一个东西，大概是I-9什么的，这样就公开了，不过不知道公开到那个
level。现雇主不知道能否查到就不知道了。

干嘛要告诉，就像如果有人给你办第2个H1B的话，你没必要通知第一个吧。人家在意的
你这收入是不是合法或者是第二个公司能不能合法给你钱。我认为没必要说。

两个H1B是可以共存的
但是用了EAD后，H1B和EAD是不能共存的。

in the United States under a valid petition and who moonlights pursuant to
an EAD still maintains his H-1B or L-1 status. It is AILA’s belief that an
H-1B or L-1 nonimmigrant who maintains employment with his or her petitioner
and “moonlights” with a different employer on the basis of an approved
EAD continues to maintain his or her underlying nonimmigrant status. Please
see the attached Addendum III for AILA’s arguments in support of this
position.
