除了base,bonus, stock, sign-on bonus, 这些赤裸裸的现金的话，还有什么benefit
是很有用的，
这个公司401K match 头6%的 75%
vacation1年10天(刚入职的), sick time 1年10天，1年10个holiday.
其他还有很多benefit, 啥保险之类的，实在不知道哪些应该稍微注意一下

My son has a friend, he is very persuasive and slick. He likes to persuade
other kids do things. Such as when he was at my house, he would persuade my
son to turn on video game which his mom will limit him to do and I would
limit my son to do.
Last night, my son was crying for a new game (board ones) to play. I asked
him why? He said his friend want to play new games at our house, and his mom
would not buy him.
How to tell me son that he should not always listen to older kids?

I have adobe pdf professional 8 . I would like to make those fonts bold when
I fill the I-765/131 forms. It does not work. Any suggestions? Thank you!

bonus如果只说based on your performance那是不是相当于没有？

比如VIDEO GAME, 你儿子想不想玩? 很可能, 你儿子也想玩, 朋友一说, 就玩了. 对你

我觉得解决方法是要想办法让你儿子自己想说ＮＯ．　比如，　你可以制定一个ＲＵＬ

友的鼓动下，玩了游戏了．你要惩罚你儿子．多来几次，　你儿子就有动力说ＮＯ了．
至于买玩具，　我家的规矩是玩具从自己的零花钱里出．　如果孩子自己不心疼钱，
我会允许孩子买．　我们大人还不是被忽悠去买苹果的产品．

If you try to edit the form format, you can add new boxes or edit existed.
But I don't recommend you do that.
Some law firm did that with their certified software, it can change the pdf
forms with USCIS accepted standard.
You are not professional on that,
just input as it is.

你先要懂得如何对儿子说NO.
Game的事情，父母看是否对他有益然后决定是不是。
而不是他朋友要玩什么game.

那个孩子可能在学校很受欢迎, 然后大家为了讨好他, 就要听他的. 不听, 就容易被孤
立. 我家孩子也有这样的朋友, 这样的小孩往往点子多，　说服力强．其实也不是坏
孩子．
你要先肯定孩子怕失去朋友, 怕孤立的想法是可以理解的.然后逐渐教会他, 啥样的才
是真正的朋友. 比如, 我家孩子的朋友玩啥都要赢, 哪怕要输了, 就临时想个规则,然
后赢了. 这还听迷惑人的, 看起来好象很公平. 我就问自己的孩子, 你想每次都输吗?
她说不想. 我再问她, 你输的时候高兴吗. 她说不高兴. 最后问她, 一个总让你不高兴
的朋友是不是好朋友? 当然整个过程很漫长, 我们现在还在WORK ON　ＩＴ．　但是我
孩子起码个别时候能说ＮＯ了．　同时我们也创造条件让孩子和别的小朋友玩．
我理解你的ＣＯＮＣＥＲＮ，　我有同样的担心．我觉得抓住两个要点吧，　一个是让
孩子明白自己心里的感受，鼓励他们大声说出自己的感受．　二个就是让孩子多和不同
的孩子接触．
