F1在学校里用CPT打工呢，然后申请EB1，律师说140/485一起，但开始申请后
就不可以工作了，原话说，不可以做any productive的工作。我CPT在学校里的part
time算不？律师也没说清楚，怀疑她不了解F1的CPT，总说OPT无效，关键没开始OPT呢
啊。

made it illegal to knowingly hire or recruit unauthorized immigrants.
legalized certain seasonal agricultural illegal immigrants.
legalized illegal immigrants who entered the United States before
January 1, 1982 and had resided there continuously with the penalty of a
fine, back taxes due, and admission of guilt. About three million illegal
immigrants were granted legal status.
