Hello All:
I got an urgent question here, and I wish I can get some suggection
from all of you. My PD is 03/27/2008.
I am going to move to another State for a similar job function at different
industry next week. I didn't renew my H1-B, How likely I will get the REF
after I terminate the H1-B and activate the EAD. Should I let the new
company transfer my h1-B right away.
Thanks a lot. I am waiting online on any suggestion.

如果能不换地址，一般不会那么快被RFE.你刚开始用，移民局不知道。
terminate the H1-B and activate the EAD这个不用主动汇报，用就用了。

transfer H1B 很可能会trigger the RFE，只是简单用EAD没问题。我就是用EAD换工作
，然后拿了绿卡，不过你换地址是个问题，怎么能保证绿卡不会寄丢呢？

我知道有把地址改成附近朋友家的，只要不换洲，城市。一般会把你当成正常搬家。换

By Law, you need to notice USCIS after changing address by AR-11 or online.
If not it is a violation and could be an excuse later on.

根据我从律师那里得来的建议是：在没有和旧公司辞职的时候，让新公司FILE TRASFER
H1B，律师说只要申请的当天有有效的I140就能够批，FILE了以后，马上和公司辞职，
然后新公司再马上FILE AC-21，律师说这样做过都没有问题。。。。
关于换地址我就不知道了

Your case is current - if I were you, I will just sit in home where you are
for a month to get the card first then think the rest. Those H1B, AC21,
address change are all bullshit after one month.

不至于吧，一个RFE又不是洪水猛兽，我换过三次地址，没得到RFE，也换过工作，
也没FILE AC21。 H1B 你不使就是了，不需要TERMINATE H1B，直接使EAD。这LZ 男的

instantpot 就是想到前者还要再配一个胆不如后者一次到位

你搬了家就应该通知移民局，这是必须的。如果是远距离搬家，比如跨州搬家，多半会
收到RFE，你这时就需要file AC21,如果不搬家，只用ead工作，移民局多半是不会知道
的，也就没有RFE了。以上都是我的亲身经历。

Thanks, I started my new work 2 days ago, but My wife and daughter are still
in the old address since my house is still on the market. They plan to move
out the house after 2 months, and I am current living at the temparary
apartment(rented by the company) for 2 months.
Do you think I have to change the address?
Also one addtional question: today I got a letter from the old attorney and
he mentioned that my old H1B was terminated now. Do you think this will also
affect my 485 approval?

我就没有收到发货的email，当然也就没有tracking #，一直搞不清到底发货了没，昨
天给他们客服打了好几次电话，不是进留言就是没人接，留了言也没回音。后来发了邮
件倒是有回音，说是已经发货了，给了tracking #，说今天送到。刚才收到了，还没拆
箱。
