如果跳槽了，重新办perm，140是不是也要再来一遍呢?
H1B 6年以后可以再延期一次是么？这个延期和renew是一回事么？
如果跳槽，在新公司同意sponsor的情况下，原公司有没有可能影响到将来绿卡的申请
呢？

or 140 to renew your H1b even though the old company revoked the old 140!!!
