what is your RD. the LUD after RD normally means your case is alredy
assigned to an officer, usually they always give you something because they
don't want to give your money back

one thing weird is you do have LUD, for thoses cases they don't have LUD at
all just RD then receive the paper letter, usually if you have a LUD mens
system is updating your information, well USCIS is pretty disorganized so
anything can happen, big bless to you and to myself!
