I just called KCC, and here are the cut-off numbers for all the regions.
Congrats to all who are current in the month of July.
Asia 9850
Africa 66700 except Egypt 50,000, Ethiopia 50,000, and Nigeria 17775
Europe 33000 except Uzbekistan 16850
Oceania 1450
