以下是根据和律师的交流所得资讯, 7月EB2/3将继续中速前进, 速度不低于前半年, 至
'13财年底, EB2C可能前进至09年初, EB3C仍快于EB2C. EB2I将拿到大部分SO, 在Q4会
有大幅前进.

前半段有不少信息来源相互印证， 后半段“ B2I将拿到大部分SO, 在Q4会

估计是老O在一个会议上的讲话, 然后大家一看minutes就知道了.
老印只前进a few weeks这个, 我不大敢相信. O本一向保守, 这个只是底线吧. 毕竟老
印退回到了2004. 04年的PD还能有多少pending的? 他们能吃掉大部分的SO,就只能前进
几个礼拜? We'll see.

rapid advances in EB 3, and moderate forward movement for China EB 2, but
not to expect advances in the India EB 2 until very close to the end of the
fiscal year, and then only a few weeks.
Of course, if Comprehensive Immigration Reform passes, the backlogs will be
history for the time being, through a combination of recapture of old unused
visa numbers, diverting DV lottery numbers to employment based immigrants,
exclusion of EB dependents, EB 1, Ph.D holders, certain physicians, and
others from the quota. We’ll keep you posted.

EB2C: 10/1/08, EB3C: 2/15/09? 算很保险的预测了. 刚过去的6月VB,这个网站预测满
准的, 记得是7/1/08?
虽然我是EB2C, 但我觉得EB3C会超过2/15/09, 毕竟库存不多了.

e3c will be in line with e3row, no matter how low inventory gonna be, u must
be in line with e3 category in a whole.
