这里明显写着要5年毕业内交petition:
(III) earned the qualifying graduate degree during the 5-year period
immediately before the initial filing date of the petition under which the
nonimmigrant is a beneficiary.
但是前几天版上有人说5年限制取消了。请问一下到底是怎么回事。还是我应该死心。
