无论是opt的第一年还是后来申请延期的17个月,是不是一直得有雇主提供证明或者
sponsor,才能在opt失效日前保持学生身份? 个人感觉应该是,但是不确定,又没有找到
相关条文,所以在此问一下.谢谢解答.

真的是一直以来都听大家说AMEX好， 以前的什么THANKSGIVING还是CHRISTMAS有GIFT
EXCHANGE还是什么的， 我都没注意， 也就没参与， 今年特别留心了下AMEX的活动，
其实真不明白以前怎么会MISS掉的呢， 他家公司做广告还是很舍得投入的吗， 就今年
的SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY 我就在几家的PUBLIC NETWORK的早晨综艺节目有看到介绍
， 还有AMEX的EXECUTIVE跑到NBC那儿和大家介绍， ５年前他们公司想出来这个提议，
说要在BLACK FRIDAY和CYBER MONDAY之间提倡大家都去小的生意去消费， 说SMALL
BUSINESS是雇佣了所有FORTUNE ５００的公司相当的AMERICAN WORKER。。。
我在节前就SETUP 我的卡， 然后就是在那两个网站上找到底去哪儿买啥呢？？ 最后觉
得过节其间一定会有聚餐， 有聚餐就一定会喝酒， 就买酒吧， 反正要买， 不如趁着
这个活动， 还能省２５块， 决定一做， 下边的就简单了。。
那家店是韩国人开的， 就在我平时加油的地方旁边， 不过真的就没注意到还有这家店
在那里。。。 价钱不是很便宜， 虽然他家叫什么DISCOUNT LIQUOR， 但是我们这里的
税太贵了， ９％， 所谓的SIN TAX。。。 不过不管这么多了， AMEX反钱很痛快， 真
是好啊。。。（车箍轳话说了一大堆， 够２００字了吧）

No need to assume you lost OPT, because the judge is USCIS officer that will
review your F1 to H1/H4/F2.... or I-485 application. Your OPT status only
will be a problem when/if that officer wants you to prove your OPT
unemployment days below limit but you cannot prove it.
