现在交上去485多久能绿啊 NSC的# EB23 - 劳工卡

My K grant application was rejected this June by NCI, so currently I am
preparing the November re-submission although the attitude of PO is not very
optimistic.
Yesterday, I got an email from NIDA Chief encouraging me to apply one of
their programs. This program only support ESI and have more $$ than R01. The
application does not need previous drug abuse research experience but
emphasize the innovations. The most interesting aspect is that the research
strategy is an assay but not regular research strategy format. Anyone has
experience on this? Many thanks!

貌似有段时间是这样的，但现在TSC收到很多，速度比较慢

nida出了名的黑 写的光面堂皇要其他领域什么的 其实你要是不是那个圈子出来的或者

这个list好像NSC真的比较多RFE和denial。。

there are still chances that your case will be transfered to NSC even if it

越是少见的名字，check 越容易。有时候就是运气。你早到了，材料倒反而被压在底下
。反正快了，放心吧。

如果140已经被律师寄到nsc了，pp能寄到tsc吗？
tsc的好处是比较容易过？还是处理速度也比nsc快？

寄到哪就是哪儿，即使pp也没法改了。
TSC比NSC容易不少。两三年前的普遍情况是在NSC能批NIW的在TSC
能批EB1，在NSC搞不定EB1B的在TSC能搞定EB1A。那会儿TSC不但
容易，而且速度也快。现在似乎速度差不多了，因为太多的归NSC辖区的
file到TSC去了。
最近一两年内似乎TSC出了少数几个杀手，和NSC的大多数io标准差不多，
但TSC大多数io仍旧比NSC的评判标准低不少。

怎么知道材料是被寄到NSC还是TSC？
USCIS的网站上查不到。
我们的材料是e-file的。
如果FP的notice是从NSC寄出的，就说明是寄到NSC的，是吗？
