我老公公民，老公申请我绿卡
老公和我两个人2010年报的 joint return,
我老公是学生，没有工作，无收入。我本人有工作，收入达到经济担保要求。
864要求填写09年和08年税表上的收入。
我个人有报09和08年的税，
但我老公09年和08年的税是和她母亲报在一起。
我老公09年和08年也是学生，无收入，无工作。
我不知道这个时候，我是填写我个人09年和08年的收入，还是填写我老公和他妈妈一起
保税的收入。
有哪位大虾知道的么？

求教下面各阶段大致所需时间和费用(包括雇主的费用)：
1. Labor Certification - PERM， 4-6 个月？费用？
2. After Labor Approval - I-140 Petition
3. Adjustment of Status - I-485 Application

But could some one explain how long it normally takes for each stage?

If you live with the husband together for > 6 months, the alien spouse's
income can be counted by the local adjudicate officer. But it will be safer
if his mother also file I-864A to co-sponsor.

PERM 准备 6 个月到 1 年。之后提交 PERM。
PERM 审批 6 个月到 1 年（audit 可能更长，概率约 1/3）。
I-140 审批若干个月。
排期到后提交 I-485，如果排期不倒退，批准需要若干个月（如 name check 等环节发
现问题，需要 interview 的，时间会更长）。

我自己年收入是$30,000超过了Poverty Guidelines的标准了，还需要我婆婆算作一个
household么？

我自己年收入是$30,000 may or may not be counted by the officer adjudicating
your case, so you need a back up plan.
