我的EB2 I140已经批了, PD is 2012/07/17. 如果我想现在再申请一个EB2/NIW, 如果
被批准，PD 还能link到2012/07/17 吗？ 请大牛指点。

谢谢！ 就是最近琢磨跳槽的事，上次perm被audit了将近一年才批，不想跳了再搞perm

NIW里面有一条要求是证明“申请PERM对国家利益有害”。你都已经用同一份工作办了

刚查了uscis的说明： “the Labor Certification be waived because it is in the
interest of the United States” （niw 要证明对国家有利）， 没看到 证明“申
请PERM对国家利益有害”? 可能在别的地方我没找到，能给个出处吗？ 谢谢
Aliens seeking a national interest waiver are requesting that the Labor
Certification be waived because it is in the interest of the United States.
Though the jobs that qualify for a national interest waiver are not defined
by statute, national interest waivers are usually granted to those who have
exceptional ability (see above) and whose employment in the United States
would greatly benefit the national. Those seeking a national interest
waiver may self-petition (they do not need an employer to sponsor them) and
may file their labor certification directly with USCIS along with their Form
I-140, Petition for Alien Worker.
