After onsite interview, 发了thank you letter，Hiring Manager没有回，两天后回
复如下，是不是表示不怎么感兴趣，该move on了? Thanx!
Thank you, XX. It was a great experience in interacting with you and I was
impressed with your credentials and the work you do.
We’re still in the process of screening and interviewing candidates and it
might be at least another week to 10 days before the final decision is made.
I am glad you liked XXX and the environment here.

我老去年发一贴子号召反复搞信用卡被一群自诩道德高尚ID鄙视尼玛现在AMEXOffer
铺天盖地。有谁拍胸脯自己说没反复搞过？貌似这个现在可以被本版广泛接受。
批判那哥们的ID 你们要记住自己今天的立场不要随风倒看看没事自己也做一样的事
。人心里自己的LINE可以被随便改的话你还不如那哥们

I have a question regarding how we can switch from EB2 to EB3, for example,
file another EB3 I-140 based on current PERM, or do an amendment for the
current EB2 I-140, or start another EB3 case from the very beginning.
Here is my attorney response. Share with you.
It is strange that this has happened. Normally, I would say stick with your
EB-2 approval and wait it out. Switching to EB-3 only to get your green card
sooner could backfire. That said, we can try and file for EB-3, but it's
risky. EB-3 priority dates never stay ahead of EB-2 priority dates for long.
It would require an amendment to your I-140 approval, which can't be premium
processed because the USCIS must request a copy of your PERM certification
from the DOL. Further, as an immigration attorney for 4 years, I've never
attempted this. Theoretically, it should be possible. If you truly want to
explore this option given the risk I've outlined, talk to your HR about
opening up a new I-140 case for you to file the I-140 amendment.

算啦，上次人家CVS小二主动给我用25%的COUPON，我还不知道是不可以的，我敢说没有
人会TURN DOWN的，许多人都假惺惺地喊打喊杀的，好像他们不会做。
这里的许多人，不要说430刀，4刀都可以做婊子，然后又立牌坊的。

不过还是没看明白，律师说“talk to your HR about opening up a new I-140 case
for you to file the I-140 amendment”，那到底是申请新140同时站两条队伍，还是
递交amendment站eb3队伍放弃eb2呢？

确实是第一个，但有2个位置，hiring manager面完说几天给结果，结果改了, maybe I
am not his top candidate。

我看不惯这样的SB！
其实我对SB的amex更失望！像我们缴了这么多年年费的，它不搞点回馈优质客户，回来
给一帮怪兽屌丝们！已经准备关卡！
再说，我已然收敛多了！想当年要是放LA版，我能给他骂化了！

我觉得你想要律师怎么弄只要给钱律师一般都不会说不行。尤其在这种史无前例的情况
下，失败了也不会怪他头上。出的各种各样option里我觉得只有重新file perm还能说
得过去。至少条款上没有明显漏洞

我觉得从perm重头再来个EB3没问题，不过弄完了排期也早到了，瞎折腾

重新file PERM 法律上讲肯定万无一失，但是如果PD很接近eb3的排期的话，甚至按eb3
已经current的，我感觉直接file第二份140更划算吧，否则重新perm一通折腾下来和
eb2排队也差不多了

这封信的态度中规中矩，没透露什么信息，只是叫你等。至少有一点能肯定就是你的表
现算不上特别惊艳，最后做决定还要看看其他候选人的表现。

在投。就像大家一直号召的，从零开始。
但是毕竟这个已经等了1个月，不想放任不管。HR的回信还挺好的，说 "you're their
top candidate"[2周前], "please be patient, the team think you're a good fit.
Im hoping for a positive outcome." [上周]
可是从他们一个月都没回信来看，觉得像是要拒了的。
您觉得是怎么回事呢？我是entry level。
