没啥，就一个front end的工程师，做Perl的，工作里可能要parse一些XML之类。至于
Apache配置之类，用用就会了。没有到Tomcat dynamic content和数据库一级，体会不
到CS的乐趣。

如果对照 PERM 的处理进度
FY13年 Analyst Review 只处理了 7个月的申请 Audit 处理了5个月的申请
而 FY11 FY12 都处理了12个月左右的申请。
这样看来 7个月的PDs Vs 12个月的PDs 只减少了30%
恰恰说明 申请不是少了 而是多了 使得劳动局的处理速度变慢 Audit的比率增加
客观反应 美国经济缓慢向好的走向。

如果按照大部分公司是3年之后给申请绿卡来算，再加上提交PERM那步之前还需要大半
年准备，正好是经济危机那阵子工作机会少吧。H1b那时候名额都没用满，那对应那批
人的perm申请自然也就人少了
