小女刚满一岁，下星期开始去一家daycare, full time. 需要自己带午饭。
请问大家都带什么样的午饭呢？我就只能想到各种汤面条，燕麦粥。
daycare里有微波炉。可是我一直担心微波炉加热会丢失营养甚至产生有害物质。
如果用保温的food jar带饭，食物会不会馊掉？
大家有好的保温 food jar 推荐吗？

既然EB2可以随便降级EB3,这么严格审查PERM,岂不是失去了意义？
以后EB2 PERM干脆水过，EB3 PERM严格审查

谁说EB2可以随便降级EB3？那是eb2互相打气，这样可以有更多的小白鼠。

the online status is still in acceptance. It is the 14th day. I remember
somebody said before the online update is not reliable and some emails sent
out in the afternoon.
