请问如果我交了NIW I140 pending期间，可以要求雇主办Perm么？
现在还没有找到能提供Perm的雇主，H1b又用的差不多了，我想交个NIW I140,但没什么
把握。如果找到了办Perm的雇主，能不能要求办Perm？也就是能不能提交两种I140申
请？

you have to count on yourself sometimes when employer refues to help. Go for
NIW if your H1B is running out. Note that NIW cannot have premium process,
you need to make decision as soon as possible.
