file 140&485 simultaneously around 1/10 by attorney
140 should still pending. no pp
RD 1/16/14
ND 1/23/14 (3mails for 485 ap ead)

我也share一下我的EB2->EB3 time line.
01/15/2014 I140 received by USCIS　（NSC）
01/30/2014 USCIS received PP
02/04/2014 I140 approved
485材料刚交给公司律师。
看了版面不少报绿的例子，绝大部分交完４８５后等了快两年。这是平均速度吗？印象
中好像有文章提到过平均等待时间是半年左右。请了解的人指点，谢谢。

Also a quick question: There are two separate mails each with a finger print
appointment letter but they are identical. Is that the case? It says for
I485 and I765.

appointment letter but they are identical. Is that the case? It says for

Received a text message this morning that my 485 was approved and card
production ordered.
I140 still initial review.
Hope this is not a mistake they made.
Best wishes to all, including me and my wife (her 485 still "acceptance").
(No access to google docs from work).

This is typical at TSC.
140 will jump to 'decision' in hours, then 485 status bounce between 'card
production' and 'decision' back & forth, you will get cards in 1 - 2 weeks.
