The answer is so misleading. If you are filing now, of course it's better to
file under EB2. Once PERM is approved, you can then decide if you want to
file under EB2 or EB3 based on the priority date at that time. If you file
under EB3 now, you will have to do another PERM if you want to file EB2.
Of course, there are other considerations. For example, if your salary
cannot meet the EB2 prevailing wage requirement, it might lead to audit.
