还是需要从relink成功那天起再等180天？就是说relink会导致RD变化吗？谢谢

从你485 RD那天算起 regardless of relink，换的是similar or same工作。

我在2015年就已经485PENNDING 后180天,现在用EAD工作. 2016年10月RELINK到EB3，现
在还不到180天,收到了2017年2月面试通知，在移民局网站看到了下面的规定，RELINK
后会重新计算180天( resets the adjudication clock ), 如果这样的话，我现在就不
能去面试，要拖到180天以后，否则就可能被拒，请大神们确认我到底可不可以这个月
去面试啊？

First Century Act (AC21)? [11] allow an adjustment applicant with an
approved employment-based petition in the EB 1st, 2nd, and 3rd preference
categories to change ?jobs and ?employers if the adjustment application has
been pending for 180 days or more, provided that the applicant’s new job
offer is in the same or similar occupational classification as the job for
which the petition was initially filed. ?

按照字面意思确实有风险，但是现在查的不严，被抓概率不大（以后入藉时会不会翻旧
帐，暂时还没DP）
