我催了两次以后，律师这样回答：
It is too soon for the PERM application to have been re-created.
And yes, we know how to add premium processing – and we do it all the time.
And if everyone wishes to have us do so, we can send in the premium
processing request even though the government may reject it, if they do not
yet have the newly re-created PERM application from the Department of Labor.
The company accommodated your request for a second I-140 petition – and yes
, I do still have XXX’s email about using premium processing as needed.
However, I am not sure why you are rushing this when the immigration service
will process it in an orderly fashion as they do whenever they have these
unusual situations (and as I explained, they must wait for the Department of
Labor to provide the new forms, and premium processing does not speed up
the DOL’s side of the process).
And with all due respect, we understand you are anxious, but make our
recommendations based on 29+ years of experience in the field.
